Dunkin & Associates is a third-generation credit insurance firm with deep roots in Texas community banks. The current generation of leadership inherited the systems alongside the company — and those systems were starting to show. Poor interfaces, unintuitive workflows, and dated processes put the sales team at a disadvantage in front of their largest clients. It wasn't just inefficiency; it was a competitive risk. The biggest clients had options, and a brokerage that looked dated next to better-funded competitors started losing the close.
