Keep it running. Keep it yours.
SOC 2 Type II hosting, monitoring, security, and support for the systems your business depends on — ours or someone else’s. So the software keeps earning its keep, and your people stop being the on-call team.
Software is an investment in the people who keep it alive. Do you have a plan for when they leave?
Every system your business depends on has someone quietly keeping it up — patching, watching, restoring, answering the 6 a.m. call. Usually that someone is also doing three other jobs. When they leave, the software doesn’t know.
Managed Hosting & Support gives your production systems a team whose only job is that they run: monitored, secured, backed up, and supported by the same SOC 2 Type II engineers who build them. Ours or someone else’s.
- Regain control of systems you inherited
- Performance and stability you can put a number on
- Lower total cost of ownership than an accidental in-house team
- Fewer fires — and fewer budget spikes when they happen
- Small enhancements shipped as a matter of routine
- Compliance requirements handled as part of the work, not a scramble
Production infrastructure, run like it matters.
We host and operate your system in a cloud environment we design for it — sized for your load, hardened for your data, and watched around the clock.
What’s included
- Environment design and provisioning
- Monitoring and alerting — we know before your users do
- Security patching and dependency updates on a schedule
- Backups, tested restores, and a recovery plan you’ve seen
- Performance and cost tuning as usage changes
- Compliance support for regulated data (e.g. HIPAA-class requirements)
How it’s run
Run by a SOC 2 Type II team. Your accounts, your data, your keys — we operate inside them, and you can walk away with everything.
We run on the major public clouds and pick per system — the environment is designed around the software and the team who will live with it. We don’t resell any provider, so the recommendation is yours, not a margin.
Uptime and response commitments are set per system and written into the agreement before we take it on — and reported against every month after.
Two shapes. Pick the one that matches how you use us.
Monthly package
A fixed monthly fee for a defined scope: incident response, fixes, monitoring follow-up, and a budget of small enhancements each month. Predictable, no surprise invoices.
Reserved hour bucket
A retainer of senior engineering hours, drawn as needed — fixes one month, an integration the next — with a monthly report of exactly where the hours went.
Pricing: Quoted after the Deep Dive and a short assessment of the system. We’ll show you both shapes with real numbers and recommend one — no rate card, because a five-user internal tool and a 200-location POS platform are not the same job.
When the data can’t leave your walls.
Some work can’t touch a public model — client files, PHI, deal data, anything under a regulator’s eye. For that, we stand up a private model in your environment and run it like any other production system: monitored, patched, governed.
It is not the default answer. A public model with good governance is often the smarter, cheaper call, and we’ll tell you when. Six questions will get you a straight read before you talk to anyone.
The governance rule is the same as everywhere else we run AI: AI prepares. A person approves. The system logs.
Revenue-critical systems, kept revenue-critical.
99.9% Uptime on Revenue-Critical Systems Across Every Location
A national entertainment operator went from finding out about outages when guests complained to catching 95% of issues before anyone was affected — holding 99.9% uptime across 500+ revenue-critical components.
200+ Restaurant Locations Made to Run as One System at 99.7% Uptime
A national restaurant and entertainment brand had POS tablets behaving as 200+ islands. We built the integration layer that made every device run as one system — 99.7% uptime, menu changes in under five minutes.
Cutting Revenue-Loss Incidents 85% With Real-Time Detection
A national entertainment brand went from discovering outages when guests complained to detecting, routing, and resolving them in under two hours — cutting revenue-impacting incidents 85%.
“I sleep better at night.”
I sleep better at night knowing that Frogslayer is handling a critical aspect of my business.
I’ve worked with other software development firms in the past, but no one could ever get the job done. When we’re in a crunch, Frogslayer is my secret, go-to team.
Five steps, every time.
For hosting and support, “Engage” starts with a short assessment of the system — then the package or retainer, with the commitments in writing.
- 01Discovery Call30–60 min
You tell us the problem in your words. We tell you straight whether — and where — we can help. No slides.
- 02Deep Dive60–90 min
The people closest to the problem, in one room (or one call). We get to the real constraint and the number that matters.
- 03Proposal & Paperworkdays, not weeks
Scope, price, and timeline in writing. A standard MSA and a short SOW — no 50-page lock-up.
- 04Prep & Kickoffweek 1
Access, environments, and a kickoff with everyone who touches the work. You know who’s on it and what ships first.
- 05Engageongoing
The work itself — visible every week, in your environment, with your people in the loop.
Straight answers.
Do you only host and support what you built?
No. Taking over systems built by someone else is a large share of this work. It starts with a System Evaluation so we know what we’re taking on — then we get it monitored, backed up, and under source control before we promise anything about uptime.
What does SOC 2 Type II mean for me?
That an independent auditor has verified, over time, that our security controls actually operate the way we say they do — access, change management, monitoring, incident response. It’s what your biggest customer’s security questionnaire is really asking about.
What are your response times?
Defined by severity in the support agreement — a production outage and a cosmetic bug are not the same call. You see the commitments in writing before you sign, and a monthly report against them after.
Which cloud do you run on?
The major public clouds. We design the environment around the system and the team who will live with it — including what your people already know — and we don’t resell any provider, so the pick is yours, not a margin.
Can we leave?
Yes. Everything lives in your accounts — infrastructure, code, data, keys. If you move on, we help you move on, with documentation and a handover. We’d rather earn the renewal than block the exit.
How is this different from the support inside AI Office?
AI Office includes production support for what we ship under the retainer. Managed Hosting & Support stands on its own — for any system, including ones we didn’t build and ones that have nothing to do with AI.
What does a Private LLM cost to run?
It depends on the model, the load, and the environment; it’s quoted like any other hosted system. Take the decision tool first — for many businesses the honest answer is that they don’t need one.
Stop being the on-call team. Hand it to one.
