Value Sprints

One outcome. Fixed fee. Guaranteed.

A Value Sprint is a small, fixed-fee build tied to one measurable KPI — the kind of bite-sized win that comes out of an AI Office relationship. Shipped in days to a few weeks, backed by a 12-month guarantee. Most run between $2K and $25K.

How a Value Sprint works

Scoped to one number. Backed by a guarantee.

No open-ended retainer, no long discovery. We pick one outcome, fix the fee, build it, and stand behind the result for a year.

01
Pick the outcome
One measurable KPI. We baseline it first — if we can’t measure it, we can’t prove it.
02
Fix scope & fee
A short SOW with the fee fixed and the 12-month KPI guarantee in writing.
03
Build in your environment
Your team in the loop, working software in days to a few weeks. AI prepares, a person approves.
04
Prove it
We measure against the KPI. If it isn’t met within 12 months, we keep working at our cost.
Build sprints · by type

Bite-sized builds, by what they do.

Ranges, not quotes — complexity and risk move the number, and we fix the exact fee before any work starts.

Automate Document OCR & Intake

$2.5K–$10K

Lift the key fields off documents straight into your systems — no more manual typing.

  • Invoices & purchase orders
  • Receipts & expense docs
  • Inspection & field forms
  • Applications & claims
  • Packing slips & BOLs

Approval Queues

$5K–$15K

For anything you’re not ready to fully automate: AI prepares and routes, a person approves, the system logs it. Human-in-the-loop by design.

  • Vendor invoice approvals
  • Proposal & quote review
  • Social-media post approval
  • Email auto-draft & review
  • PO / expense approvals

Connect Your Systems

$2.5K–$25K

Connect the tools that don’t talk so data flows automatically. The range scales with complexity — number of systems, how modern their APIs are, and how clean the data is.

  • CRM ↔ ERP / accounting
  • Field service ↔ billing
  • Marketing ↔ CRM
  • Data warehouse & reporting

Internal Tools, Copilots & Agentic Systems

$15K–$25K

From a tool that answers, to a copilot that assists, to an agent that does the work — always with human checkpoints.

  • Ask-your-data assistant (answers with sources)
  • Research & brief generator
  • Agentic workflow runner (multi-step, with checkpoints)

Connecting your systems is one part of building your intelligence layer — the foundation everything else runs on. It’s what unlocks Automated revenue recognition · Faster month-end close · Project-level intelligence · Automated research & reporting.

Typical fee $2K–$25K · days to ~3 weeks · 12-month KPI guarantee. Sprints stack — sequence several inside an AI Office relationship. Bigger, productized systems (CPQ+, Job-Level Intelligence, and the rest) live under Solutions.

FAQ

Common questions

What exactly is a Value Sprint?

A small, fixed-fee build tied to one measurable KPI, shipped in days to a few weeks. We scope it to a single number you want to move — a cycle time, a win rate, hours recovered — build it on your data and systems, and put it into production. Narrow scope, real output, no open-ended consulting.

What does the 12-month KPI guarantee cover?

For a Value Sprint with a committed KPI, if we miss the agreed target we keep working at our own cost until we hit it. The guarantee is what forces the discipline of measuring a baseline before we build and agreeing the number in writing — not retrofitting a win after the fact.

How long does a sprint take?

Most run from a few days to a few weeks, depending on scope and how reachable your data and systems are. The point is speed to a real result — if something cannot ship in that window, it usually means the foundation needs work first, and we will tell you that.

What happens after a sprint ships?

You own it. Many clients run and evolve their sprints through an AI Office retainer — tuning the build as the business changes and scoping the next one. A sprint can stand alone, but the compounding comes from a sequence of them.

How is a Value Sprint priced?

Fixed fee, scoped to the KPI and the work — you know the number before we start, and the guarantee backs it. We size it on a short call once we understand the workflow and your data.
