What they were up against.

A national entertainment operator had accumulated 15 business-critical systems over 15 years of growth — ticketing, POS, CRM, loyalty, inventory, HR, scheduling, finance. Each had been bought or built in isolation, and none of them talked to each other. We were brought in to build a centralized integration platform that would connect all 15 systems, eliminate manual reconciliation, and enable real-time cross-system reporting for the first time in the company's history.
