(College Station, Texas – June 18th , 2020) Texas-based software product development and digital ventures firm, Frogslayer, was recognized as a 2020 Best Companies to Work for in Texas. A virtual celebration was held on Thursday, June 18th as businesses from around the state “gathered” to celebrate the top 100 workplaces in Texas.
The Brazos Valley had an outstanding presence at this year’s event as Stylecraft and Capsher Technology, Inc. were recognized as well.
To be considered for this award, companies must submit an in-depth questionnaire and employees volunteer to provide honest feedback by taking part in a company-wide survey. The Best Companies Group analyzes the data to determine what it takes to be the “best” and uses data to rank qualifying companies. Frogslayer was noted for empowering their team to work autonomously, numerous growth opportunities, and practicing open-book management so financial health and direction is clear.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Frogslayer fully transitioned to working from home in mid-March and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

At this year’s Best Companies awards ceremony, Frogslayer ranked 12th in the Small Business Category (100 or less employees). This is the 4th year in a row Frogslayer has received this award and the 5th time they have appeared on the list, with previous rankings being #1, #25, #16, and #8.
