Ross is passionate about helping traditional, "tech-frustrated" organizations fundamentally change their operating model to become software-driven businesses, creating new value for their customers, new revenue streams, and new sources of competitive advantage.

A 2010 graduate of Texas A&M University, Ross holds a degree in Information & Operations Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, coupled with a minor in Electrical Engineering. His journey in software development began in 2008 as a quality assurance tester at Texas A&M, an experience that sparked his founding of Morelco Technologies and, later, his leadership role at Frogslayer.

Since assuming leadership in 2012, Frogslayer has earned significant recognition, including being named six times as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas - achieving the #1 spot in 2013, being listed on the Inc 5000 list and Inc's Best Workplaces in America, and making seven appearances on the Aggie 100. His focus, however, has never been on winning awards, but on fostering the best work environment for his team and delivering unparalleled client experiences.

Outside the office, Ross enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing multiple instruments, and engaging in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, golfing, and skiing.

After serving in the Marine Corps and graduating from Arizona State University, Mike Olive has dedicated his life to helping people and businesses overcome obstacles to achieve their goals.

As Managing Director, Mike drives the company’s business development activities by helping business leaders modernize, evolve, and grow their businesses through strategic investments in custom software products, business strategies, and other professional services that Frogslayer offers.

Jacob is Client Partner at Frogslayer, where he utilizes his Computer Engineering degree from Texas A&M and over five years of industry experience to drive success. He strives to gain a deep understanding of business needs and believes in delivering value early and often.

Jacob prides himself on full transparency and provides stewardship for our clients to support their long-term objectives.

A Computer Science graduate from Texas A&M and design thinking enthusiast, Tim has been a software consultant since 1998.

Tim’s professional expertise includes design thinking, UX strategy and design, market analysis, requirements analysis and specification, client relationship management, software engineering, and cross-disciplinary team leadership.

Tim’s client experience includes launching many revenue-generating products in legal tech, engineering, and research industries as well as delivering line-of-business systems to meet internal needs. His past clients include Fortune 500 oilfield service companies, national restaurant chains, and engineering-based startups.

Shaun graduated with a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M in 2010, but has been doing software consulting since 2006 across multiple different industries and technologies. Shaun’s expertise includes DevSecOps and Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development Leadership, Project Management, and Backend Development / Architecture.

Shaun’s industry experience includes oil services, electrical equipment manufacture, insurance, legal, and others.

When not helping clients, Shaun enjoys taking care of his ranch and the animals that make it up.

Suzy is a seasoned marketer with over 10 years of experience in the software development industry. A proud graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Communication, Suzy has been instrumental in building Frogslayer's marketing engine, leading multiple rebranding initiatives and major website overhauls, along with launching thought leadership programs for the firm.

Outside the office, Suzy cherishes her time with family and her miniature labradoodle. Her passion for reading and writing extends beyond her professional career. She has a personal goal of one day authoring her own fiction novel or children's book.

Brian has been messing with technology since he first started tinkering with databases and hardware in the 1990s. He enjoys the challenge of researching and thinking outside the box in order to solve business problems and bring organization to chaotic environments.

Career highlights include a custom application for managing disaster relief training which is still in use after 20 years and an active-active setup between two datacenters serving critical applications. Having physically managed every aspect of IT in the past, he now takes full advantage of SAAS applications and cloud services.

Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and 9 kids as they homeschool, entertain guests and manage a milk cow, bees, chickens and garden. He also finds time for strategy games and coding on his custom home automation system.

Justin joined Frogslayer right after he graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Computer Engineering. During his time at Frogslayer, he has contributed to a variety of projects in industries including: logistics, agriculture, veterinary medicine, regulation and others. He has worked with both new and established clients to gain a better understanding into what they need to take their next steps forward.

While Justin loves getting to work with clients and invest in their success, as Training Lead at Frogslayer, he gets to direct that same passion towards new developers. He is one of the first faces new developers see, and he works with our team of trainers in taking ownership of onboarding and integrating these new colleagues into the teams we take pride in.

Outside the office, Justin enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his friends. He is a people person through and through.
