Google Analytics

We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze use of the Services. To opt out, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information on Google's privacy practices, visit the Google Privacy & Terms page.

Our servers are located in the United States. Regardless of your location, your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us and the third parties with whom we share your information in the US and other countries.

If you are a resident in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, those countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

// 07

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or — if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives) — we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

// 08

How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

// 09

Do We Collect Information from Minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services.

If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at privacy@frogslayer.com.

// 10

What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In Short: Depending on your location, you may have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right to: (i) request access and obtain a copy of your personal information; (ii) request rectification or erasure; (iii) restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) data portability; and (v) not be subject to automated decision-making. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or UK data protection authority. If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 14. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.

Cookies: Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this could affect certain features or services.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Global Privacy Control: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you use a browser or extension that supports GPC, we will treat this as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes under applicable state privacy laws, including the CCPA. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will automatically apply your opt-out preference. For more information, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
