No one wants to deploy significant funds, time, and resources in software development, only to fail.
Whether you are starting a new digital initiative or trying to resuscitate a stalled one, you seek out data and insights to improve its chances of success. You want to learn from the experiences of others: What challenges did they encounter? What were their priorities? How did they stay on budget and on schedule? Did they rely on internal skill sets, or did they look for third-party expertise?
If you want to build software right the first time and minimize the chances of failure, this research will help you get started.
We partnered with Hinge Research Institute to survey more than 100 CXOs and senior business executives in a variety of industries to gain insights into their digital development and implementation decision-making challenges, successes, failures, and lessons learned. In other words, how is their digital journey helping them embrace the future?
